THE ANTHONY GUY MEMORIAL EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE
UCAT SERVICES

Anthony was 16 years old and a student at Jackson County High School when Muscular Dystrophy took him from hius family and friends in April of 2009. Anthony and his family were an inspiration to everyone they met. Anthony lived his life to the fullest - he was active in church, engaged in art projects, enjoyed playing guitar and was competitive with his video games. Anthony's parents, Sharon and Mark, wanted to make some of Anthony's mobility and exercise equipment available for others who may have similar needs.

The UCAT Center has added the Anthony Guy Equipoment Exchange to ouyr website. We will post pictures, descriptions and locations of equipment such as electric wheelchairs, carts and scooters, standers, lifts, transfer benches or exercise equipment on this site.

Equipment is loaned without cost. The only requirement is that it is returned clean and in working order.

If you have equipment or devices that are sitting un-used in storage, please consider making them available for loan. We encourage everyone to remember Anthony and PAY IT FORWARD.
